The information point is located in the arrival hall and is opened Mondays to Fridays and Sundays from 8am to 10.30pm, on Saturdays from 8am to 9.30pm.

Airport staff provides the following services to the public 7 days a week :
- information on routes operated to and from Rennes, connecting flights, flights schedules.
- information on airport services : car rental, business centre, cash point, bar and restaurant ...
- maps and tourist brochures for Rennes and Brittany region.
