Survey about the satisfaction of the passengers

A survey is made every year in the terminal, within the framework of the improvement of the quality of service to the users of the airport of Rennes. The last one was carried out for 15 days in June, by the company Tryom.
Survey about the satisfaction of the passengers

Eleven other French airports set up the same approach in parallel. This survey concerns 1000 passengers on departure and translates their degree of satisfaction throughout their way at the airport, before embarking.
Among the key points, it emerges that 99,2% of people asked are satisfied by the cleanliness, 98,5% of the courtesy of the staff in the recording, 94% of the wait at the baggage check. The road marking, the possibility of working in departure lounge, as well as the information about the price rates of car parks and the means of payment are points to be improved.

The preservation of a high degree of quality of service and the satisfaction of the users are permanent concerns at the airport of Rennes. So, as a supplement to this annual survey, regular checks are made, concerning the waiting time at the control and at the Information desk, the response time at the border for the persons with reduced mobility, the quality of the services of the Business center.
The customers also have the possibility of expressing himself when they wish it, thanks to the web site www.rennes.aeroport.fr and via coupons available at the Accueil-Information desk.
