Ckeck-in times

  • AIR FRANCE DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
    Passengers with check-in baggage should check in at least 30 to 45 minutes before departure time.
    Passengers arriving after check-in has closed will not be allowed to board. Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure for flights to Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and 20 minutes prior to departure for other domestic flights.
  • CHALAIR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
    Check-in closes 20 minutes before departure.
  • FLYBE FLIGHTS
    Check-in opens 2 hours before scheduled departure times. Passengers with hold baggage should check-in at least 1 hour prior to departure. Passengers in "Economy Plus" class with hand luggage only can check in up to 30 minutes prior to departure. Check-in then closes and no latecomers will be allowed to board.
  • AER LINGUS FLIGHTS
    Passengers with check-in baggage should arrive 2 hours prior to departure. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Passengers arriving after this time will not be allowed to board.

Connecting flights

Passengers with a connecting flight, should ensure they allow enough time to make the connection. Flybe passengers in particular should ensure that they allow enough time between flights to retrieve their baggage and check in again. 

Passports and visas

  • FRENCH DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
    Passengers must supply proof of identity including a photograph (passport).
  • INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
    Outside the European Union, a valid passport must be shown.
    For other foreign destinations, a valid passport is required in addition to visas for some destinations.

Unaccompanied minor

Children may travel unaccompanied from age 4 or age 6 to age 12 as UMNR (Unaccompanied minor) passengers.
Unaccompanied minors should be brought to check-in at least 30 minutes before departure for Air France flights and at least 1 hour before departure for Flybe flights. An information sheet with full details of the child's journey must be completed and given to check-in staff.
For french domestic flights, the child must carry proof of identity.
For European and other international flights, they must carry proof of identity with an authorisation to leave the country or alternatively a passport.
Airline staff takes charge of the child at check-in and will accompany and assist him throughout the flight and dissembarking.
On arrival, the child will be handed over to the person designated on the information sheet, who must supply proof of identity.

Pet travel

Pets up to 5kg are allowed in the cabin in carry bags with the prior consent of the company, or in the hold in a cage for heavier animals.
Excess baggage charges apply.
