Special needs

You are disabled person or person with reduced mobility : assistance must be provided at the airport by employing the necessary staff and equipment. 

Requests for assistance

If you have special needs, you have to make requests for assistance at the time of booking, to the airline or travel agency.
Wheelchairs, lifts and toilets are available in the airport for disabled passengers.
Flight check-in staff can also provide assistance for disabled passengers when boarding and disembarking. 

Car park

  • PARKING
    Car park P3 should be used. This car park has ramps to access the terminal building.
  • TERMINAL ACCESS
    Request for cars to drop off disabled passengers in front of the terminal can be made at the barrier intercom to the access terminal.
    The stop-and-go-lane can also be used, with its access ramp.

Arriving at the airport

When arriving at the airport, you have to go to the check-in or to the border situated just near the information desk.
You should arrive in the terminal at least one hour before scheduled departure time.
