Rennes Bretagne Airport operates direct and indirect flights throughout the year to 150 destinations.

There are direct flights to and from 28 cities. 13 in France : Paris-CDG, Lyon (HOP), Lyon (easyjet), Marseille (Hop), Marseille (Volotea), Strasbourg, Toulouse, Nice (HOP), Nice (Volotea), Bastia, Ajaccio, Figari, Bordeaux and 15 in Europe : Amsterdam, Londres Southend, Londres City, Southampton, Dublin, Cork, Exeter, Manchester, Barcelona, Palma de Majorque, Madrid, Corfou, Malaga, Fuerteventura and Palerme.

Rennes Bretagne Airport is also the 9th largest French regional air freight platform.

In 2017, Rennes Airport welcomed 724 520 passengers and transported 10,632 tons of goods.

In 2010, SEARD (the company that operates Rennes and Dinard airports) was appointed the concession holder for these two airports under an agreement that will last for 14 years and 10 months. The chambers of commerce and industry of Ille et Vilaine has a 51% shareholding in SEARD alongside VINCI Airports.
