• Maximum weight and dimensions: Each passenger can bring one small piece of hand luggage on board free of charge. It should measure a maximum of 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including handles and casters) and should fit under the seat in front of you. Your bag can weigh up to 15kg. If you want to bring a large piece of hand luggage on board (maximum dimensions 56 x 45 x 25 cm, including handles and wheels) you have the option of booking a large piece of baggage for your flight. All customers who book a large hand baggage can also benefit from Speedy Boarding.

CHECKED BAGGAGE

Each customer (including children and infants) can reserve up to three pieces of checked baggage. A standard checked bag weighs 23kg. You can purchase additional weight per 3kg unit, up to a maximum of 32kg per bag. Each item must not weigh more than 70 pounds. Maximum dimensions (length + width + height) = less than 275 cm.

If you are connecting and need to travel on a flight with another airline, that airline's baggage rules apply. They may be different.

GENERAL RULES

• The weight allowance is indicated per passenger.
• Rates and fees are non-refundable. Therefore, if you cancel, miss or do not take your flight, you will not receive a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
